Using its own proprietary Message Connect platform, TextMe411 can handle a volume of 50,000 messages per minute. Customers can choose the priority of each message - whether it must be delivered all at once, or whether it can be delivered over several hours.
Text Me 411 is a fully redundant, fully backed-up system. We have our messaging operations backed up using two separate state of the art hosting centers and multiple SMS gateways located throughout Canada and the USA. In case of a system failure, alternate systems will automatically take over with no loss of data. For a third level of redundancy, Text Me 411 has agreements with Telco Aggregators.
Did you know? Text messages can get through even when network conditions are such that voice communications fail. Since text messages contain only a small amount of data (typically 160 characters or less) they can easily be handled in large numbers. Even email systems are more likely to jam!
