First, you import the mobile numbers of your customers into the system. This is a one-click process - simply upload an Excel sheet and you're done! You can also just copy and paste a list of numbers, or enter them one by one if you prefer.

You can then send them a message. Messages can be set to go out immediately, or at any time during the next year. You also get to choose how urgent the message is (i.e. whether it needs to be delivered in 5 minutes, 2 hours, 12 hours, etc.) much like sending a parcel in the mail.

View the status of your messages and see which ones have been delivered.
